Backstory: After the godkiller rose, Gret and his family joined a fleet of ships seeking refuge from the hordes of undead, after escaping the godkiller’s reach in Norn, Gret’s ship after days at sea, was shipwrecked by an unknown creature striking in the dead of night. The last thing he remembers of his family are the screams of his child, not knowing to swim and his wife diving to save her. After being adrift for days, Gret awoke on a beach, and after a few hours of regaining consciousness, began to mourn his loss. His cries of sorrow, bought the attention of the local tribesmen, who took him in and nursed him back to health. After some time, while out on a walk for some herbs and ingredients for a ritual, Gret ran into the party, while bugbears attacked the village. After accompanying the Party to free the men and women of the tribe, Gret has joined the party and has in that time called down the rage of the seas (predominantly in lightening) through the divine power of Aegir.

Five year goal: Dale defeated, and the hunt for Gret’s family can continue.

20 year goal: Grets family found, and worshiping his god, and dedicating his life in service to it.
